Does canceling a reservation generate a fee?
Cancellation of your reservation is free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival and entitles you to a full refund of the amount. If your cancellation is made 24 hours before your arrival, you will be required to pay 30% of the total amount. If you do not show up for early departure, you will be required to pay 50% of the total amount.
What is my liability in the event of damage to the rental vehicle?
Your liability in the event of damage varies depending on the type of vehicle rented. When booking online, you will be asked to choose additional insurance for maximum protection and will also have more details on the damage excess.
Am I entitled to an additional driver?
Yes, of course, an additional driver can be added as long as they are present at the office when the vehicle is picked up and have a valid driver's license. The only difference is that you must pay for the additional driver to be covered by your rental agreement. The amount to be paid will be indicated in your online quote.
Is fuel included in the price?
Our vehicles are delivered with a minimum amount of fuel sufficient to reach the nearest gas station. Please note that no refunds can be issued for fuel paid for by the customer and remaining in the tank. Since Aircar does not benefit from this fuel, the next customer will "benefit from it."
When will I get my deposit back?
Once the vehicle is returned without damage, the release of your deposit will start automatically, your bank will be informed so that your funds are accessible again in your account, therefore AICAR has no control over the delay, only your bank is responsible for it.
